The redevelopment of Montgomery Plaza was conceived, from the start, as a vertical community of custom homes; a community rich with upscale amenities, all of which would be accessible without use of a car.
Our goal was to create, within this unique building, the same type of exclusive neighborhood as you would find in a typical horizontal luxury home community. We want the residents to feel like they are on vacation every day.

Parking
Montgomery Plaza owners enjoy secure and reserved parking within the building. Every home is provided with at least one stall per bedroom large enough to accommodate a full size Mercedes or a 4×4 with a pulling hitch.
